Spirit Searchers Paranormal Investigations
About SSPI Featuring Rob Phoenix
I’ve been interested in the Paranormal practically all my life. I started early on with high school friends and as a group, we all got into this together. Black Star Canyon in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA was my first major introduction into the supernatural. I’ve gotten to do several investigations on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA. The haunted swimming pool, hallways, and the maintenance areas below the ship are some of the most active areas of the ship you’ll find. Gotten to explore ghost towns in the outskirts of Death Valley, with some experiences of disembodied voices, figures appearing on roofs, orbs, audible conversations in empty buildings.
My most interactive and amazing experiences were when working at the Whaley House in Old Town, San Diego. Had multiple personal experiences, such as curtains moving at night after hours, orbs, footsteps when alone in the house, feeling watched, shadows moving around the main stairs and around the theater. A lot of events that piqued my interest in the paranormal even more. Learning the history of the house and Old Town SD itself, working with the SOHO organization, and some amazing people that I got to work with at Whaley House added to the great memories and energy that house holds.
I moved to PA in 2009 and have roamed around Gettysburg battlefield multiple times and have loved learning the lore and history of some of the most haunted locations around the East Coast. I’ve always been fascinated with ghosts and energy and have felt the purpose of wanting to understand the history of haunts. Not just getting the thrill of fear, but the story of a place or person that still stays on this plane. I bring years of personal and research experience, work ethic, an open mind, and knowledge to this team that we are growing here and I look forward to helping uncover stories waiting to be told.
